IT, team & MSP assessments

This is the service I would recommend most businesses start with. A lot of companies have a nagging sense they are overpaying or under-protected but no independent way to test it, because the only people who could tell them are the ones being paid.

I have sat on both sides of this: running IT in-house, and bringing work back from an external MSP when it was not delivering. I know where the value hides and where the padding is.

Crucially, where there is a gap I would rather help your own team close it than take the work off them. An assessment that ends in a sales pitch is not an assessment.
